A one-day Neighborhood Leadership Institute designed to equip community leaders, residents, and stakeholders with the knowledge, resources, and connections to build stronger neighborhoods and a better Shreveport.

Saturday, September 19, 2026
10:00 AM–3:00 PM

Participants will engage with City leaders and staff, learn City services, processes and resources, collaborate to strengthen community partnerships, and turn ideas into action.
